What we look for
People who own outcomes.
- Engineers who can hold both the frontend and the backend, ship end-to-end, and enjoy the boring parts (correctness, edge cases, error states).
- Designers who prototype in the real medium — code, chat, voice — not just Figma. Comfortable defending strong opinions and changing them.
- Product operators who talk to customers, spot patterns, and turn them into shipped changes.
- Growth and partnerships people who prefer measurable wins over vanity metrics.
