Will it understand my Pidgin?
Yes. Ojunai's language model is trained on West and East African phrasing — Lagos, Accra, Nairobi accents and code-switching between English and Pidgin in the same message. Accuracy is materially higher than generic English-only models for African business owners.
What if it misunderstands a message?
Ojunai asks for clarification before recording when it's not confident. If a transaction does get recorded incorrectly, you can edit or undo it from the dashboard — every change has an audit trail.
Can my staff use it from their own phones?
Yes. Add staff accounts from the dashboard with the role you want (Recorder, Manager, Owner). They sign in with their own WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, or Messenger account; you see all their entries consolidated on your dashboard with per-user attribution.
How do channel quotas work — Telegram & Messenger vs WhatsApp?
Telegram and Messenger have a combined monthly action quota per tier (Lite 500, Operator 1,500, Pro 4,000, Scale unlimited) because those channels don't charge per-message fees. WhatsApp is metered separately — Meta charges per conversation, so you buy a WhatsApp pack ($9–$149/mo) that fits your volume. Pick one or both. See /pricing for the full breakdown.
Is my chat history private?
Yes. Messages are encrypted in transit (WhatsApp E2E on that channel; Telegram and Messenger use their own TLS) and at rest in our database. We process your message content through Claude (Anthropic) for natural-language understanding only — never used for advertising, never sold, never shared. Full details on the security page.
What happens if one of the channels goes down?
Your data is safe — it lives in your dashboard, not in any single channel. During an outage you can record sales via another connected channel or directly on the web dashboard at app.ojunai.com. Recent transactions sync back when service resumes.
Can I attach photos of receipts or products?
Image attachments are on the roadmap for Q3 2026 and will work the same way on all three channels. For now, the bot processes text-based commands. You can upload product photos via the web dashboard.
