Common pricing questions

What happens after the free trial?

Eligible new accounts get a 30-day free trial on the Starter plan with full Starter features. At the end of the trial (plus a 3-day grace period), your account needs an active subscription to keep using the service. We send WhatsApp reminders before the trial ends so nothing surprises you.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade any time from your dashboard or by messaging the bot. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep the features you paid for.

What payment methods do you support?

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and mobile money via Paystack (primarily Nigeria) and Flutterwave (broader Africa). M-Pesa is supported in Kenya. Cards renew automatically; mobile money and transfer subscriptions are renewed manually with a WhatsApp reminder.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We don't partial-refund unused time within a billing period. If something looks wrong on a charge, email contact@ojunai.com — we'll work with our payment provider to fix it.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Eight currencies: NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD. Pick yours at signup and every transaction, report and summary uses it automatically. You can change currency on request, though we don't recommend mid-cycle.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once for 12 months at signup, with a discount baked in (10% Starter, 15% Shop, ~17% Pro, 20% Business). You can switch from monthly to annual any time by emailing us; the unused portion of your monthly term is credited toward the annual purchase.

Can I add Voice AI later?

Yes — Voice AI is an add-on on top of any plan, including Starter. Add it from the dashboard or by emailing contact@ojunai.com. It's ₦5,000/month or ₦48,000/year (~20% off).
