Which channels does Business OS work on?

How is this different from the Assistant on the regular tiers?
The Assistant on Lite, Operator, Pro, and Scale (see /pricing) is a chat-driven helper alongside the dashboard — Telegram + Messenger included with quotas, WhatsApp via separate packs. Business OS is a separate premium product that replaces the dashboard entirely: thousands of actions per month, full-coverage operations (sales, inventory, debts, PDFs, summaries), and tier-based limits designed for businesses that genuinely run on chat.
Do I still need a base Ojunai plan?
Yes — Business OS sits on top of any base plan (Starter through Scale). The base plan handles compliance, audit log retention beyond your tier limit, and dashboard access if you ever want it. Most Business OS customers stay on Starter or Lite for the base plan and get all their value from BOS.
How does PDF delivery to chat actually work?
When the bot generates a PDF — a receipt, a weekly summary, a stock report — it lands in your active channel as a tap-to-open link. WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger — same flow. No email, no dashboard download. The link is a short-lived signed URL that opens the PDF in your phone's browser.
What's a "business action"?
One operational interaction — recording a sale, updating inventory, generating a PDF, requesting a report, logging a payment. Actions count the same across channels. Most small shops hit 30–80 actions/day at peak, so Solo's 1,200/month covers a steady solo operation and Pro's 6,000/month covers a busy multi-staff shop.
Can I start with Solo and upgrade to Pro later?
Yes — upgrades are immediate and prorated. We migrate your inventory, history, and customer records automatically. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What if I exceed my monthly action cap?
You're notified at 80%, 100%, and over. You can either buy a one-time top-up pack from /pricing or upgrade your Business OS tier — whichever is cheaper for the month. The dashboard remains usable regardless.
Does it work with multiple staff?
Pro covers up to 3 staff with their own numbers/handles on the chosen channel. Each staff sees their own conversation thread; the owner sees consolidated reports. Scale covers 6+ staff with multi-location support.
Languages supported?
Plain English, Pidgin English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, and Swahili. The bot detects the language from the first message. Mixed-language threads are fine.
